The Emirati Functional Trainee Programme (EFTP) targets talented Emiratis for future leadership roles, offering a one-year opportunity to rotate through various departments and enhance their skills.

The Emirati Study Sponsorship Programme (ESS) supports competent UAE nationals pursuing technical degrees in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preparing them for roles in Automotive, Power, Industrial, or Oil and Gas sectors. This includes a paid study agreement requiring a minimum service period at Al Masaood post-graduation.
